HeavyPAC (The Heavy Projects + PublicAdCampaign) created this demo of their experimental mobile application that digitally resurfaces buildings in urban centers.
It is a natural progression from their previous app; the AR | AD Takeover in New York City.

The true value of Graffiti and Art in general can never be summed up in $ and ¢, it is bigger than that, however it’s fascinating to see the prizes paid for original Basquiat’s and on down the line.
