BANDIT-1$M RELEASES FALL 2010 COLLECTION AND LOOKBOOK
What? MONTREAL, CANADA – August 3rd 2010: 123KLAN’s brand BANDIT-
1$M is about to launch its Fall 2010 collection. Composed with 15 new shirts,
the collection is deeply rooted in 123KLAN’s main influences and trademark
details: modernized graffiti imagery, strong designs and punchy messages.
Named “Above The Law”, “Have Fun Kids” or “Vaincre ou Mourir”, the tees are
presented in a trendy palette of muted neutrals (grey, navy, black and white)
revived with hints of red and deep orange. Available in unisex, girly and even
kids sizes, all the tees are printed on American Apparel.
The collection is presented in an eighteen-page lookbook shot by artist Meka in
iconic Montreal locations, and featuring Sylvestre from bike shop Brakeless, artist
Yanick Blanchet, writer/blogger Elodie Laetitia and graffiti shop-owner Sino, plus
the 123KIDZ.
After an exclusive launch on August 5th at 123KLAN’s Montreal loft office, the
Fall 2010 collection will be available for sale on the new BANDIT-1$M website at
http://www.bandit-1sm.com on August 6th .
Who? Bandit-1$M was brought to life in 2007 by the creative minds of 123KLAN.
Founded by Scien and Klor, its name echoes their evolution: first renowned for
their graffiti pieces, they became sought after for their signature style and strong
designs. Graffiti being considered vandalism, their way of making a living out
of criminal acts is known as “banditisme”, banditry. The “1$M” part, besides
referring to dirty money, is a twisted version of the “123” from 123KLAN.
