40 years ago this week Fred Hampton was murdered

At 21 years of age the young and charismatic chairman of Chicago’s Black Panter party was murdered by the Chicago police and the FBI while he was in his bed with his fiance. Its been 40 years since this man and others were killed for their revolutionary ideas. I pray that the day will come when we will all be free of this type of tyranny and oppression.
