This trailer is part of a larger documentary that will come out in the future. It’s about the Smart power program and the mural workshop I conducted in Quito , Ecuador. I did 4 murals with 4 differant classes. I had a great time doing it and the kids loved it! Here it is:

  I completed this mural as a part of the Wynwood walls 2012 line up . As I said in a previous post the spirit of founder Tony Goldman lives on each day as new murals are created. I’d like to thank Jessica and Janet Goldman for continuing Tony’s amazing legacy , Meghan Coleman for making that legacy a reality and all the people who worked around the clock to realize this beautiful dream.

  I was honored to be invited by Goldman Properties for the second year in a row to participate in the Wynwood walls project. This year marked the passing of founder Tony Goldman and the continuation of this incredible project which has brought together so many amazing artists.Tony’s spirit could be felt everywhere as each day artists worked to continue his unique vision.
  The mural that I created this year dealt with the issue that our cities are not as protected as we think they are . The hurricane Sandy disaster was looming in the back of my mind as I painted a scene of oncoming storm clouds that are rushing towards the city. In my vision the city is however protected by a force field . The entire scene is overlooked by a woman’s dream like eyes.

This is a new wall by Vizie and Shank. Really some next level shit . I like the direction this is going in.

  Here’s a selection of vintage paint from my personal collection . Personally my favorite brand back in the day was Krylon only because of the wide selection of colors they had. After that it would have to by Red Devil . Today these brands seem completly outdated and don’t stand up against what’s out there now. Back then however you could always count on some old Red Devil to get the job done.
