I dont know about you guys but when i go places with my cans, they jingle like crazy and make it sort of hard to not get looked at. So i saw those can silencers on the montana online store,but i still live with my parents(im a minor) and i knew i would never be able to get my hands on some. So i went to staples and bought a lot of those little circular magnets that come in packs of 6. Putting at least 3 on the botton of a can will really bring down the noise level when you walk around or run, not sure if this has been said before but for anyone else who has this problem this is a great way to fix it

You could always just tell your parents your into graff but you only do it legally, and if they ask where you paint say your mate has a shed in there backgarden you paint or his bedroom. It sounds stupid but it worked for me. . .

all you have to do is find some junk car speakers preferably 3" or however big around the bottom of a can is rip the magnet off the bottom of the speaker and there you go instant can silencer. plus you wont have to spend money at office depot or whatever.

If I'm wit crew, we split the paint up but still use the same towel method to muffle out the mix ball sound when you are in motion. It sounds kinda crazy but it does work. I have walked right past transit and one time at a pretty fast pace many times and they have heard nothing from inside my bag. Also, if you concentrate on how you walk, you can actually reduce the amount of impact created by your footsteps. It sounds crazy as hell, but I've noticed that if I walk light footed it reduces the can jiggle , which in turn reduces the mixing ball clanking. Yall try it out, it does work. Put the towel into your bag in between the cans, so the cans don't touch each other.

pack your cans upside down and let the ball settle snug in the smallest part of the can by the valve. and, when you get to your spot and turn them right side up the paint is partially mixed.

Bullshit I use orange dots to fill all my pieces but there’s no way I would call them quiet there as noisy as fuck. Yea they might be quieter then other fat caps. But they are by no means quiet, but maybe it’s just because I use ironlaks (I’m from aus). They might be quieter on your American brands or Montana’s, Belton’s etc.

the easiest way i've found to silence my cans is to keep them in my bag vertically. you can't fit as many in your bag this way but if theyre standing up theres less of a distance for the marble to move side to side than there is for it to move end to end so unless you're doing cartwheels to the spot it should be quieter..thats how i keep my cans in my bag these days. the second easiest way to silence your cans is to just paint in a college town on the weekends...people are too busy gettin drunk and listening to crank dat soulja boy to hear the sound of a few marbles moving around in your backpack:D

Break open the cans in your back yard, pour paint into tupper ware.

Take a sock and dip it in the paint, then use the sock to paint on a wall.

What's good about this is you can have a bag full of socks and they don't rattle or anything.

This will also take care of the air pressure noises someone was talking about earlier.

dis shi works for mixxing. As for keepen dem quite in my bag. I just carry da bag high on my back and rap a towel around dem inside. Only downfall is da towel takes up space. But a towel does come in handy for a lot of shi. From wipen wet metal or wall down a little to wipen my ass if I shit myself.
