they've apparently accepted the UN's plan now. i don't know if this will really stop the war or not.

Yeah, but,

These flyer campaigns are a waste of paper. WTF? If your house was just bombed, and then canvassed by the same air force, wouldn't you say, "What the Fuck are these fucking pamphlets? Direct me to the bombs/SAMs!"

This is like the international relations version of the pampleteers that try to push the latest sale, Jesus Christ, or the great way to meditate.

ever hear about the american propaganda campaign we launched during the vietnam war?
drop extra large sized condoms in crates making it look like a missed supply drop. it was to make the vietkong feel inferior. pretty weird shit. just as dumb as dropping pamphlets on a bombed out nation.

unfortunately, yes. very true. another dumb idea by our war dept.

this is nothing new, i think its fucking funny most supposedly modern countrys with modern armys are using outdated tactics. the dropping of leaflets is having the exact oppisite effect in most instances. a small dedicated group with thats good at infowar and psyops can outlast, outwit, and inflict destruction on a physicaly superior emeny with ease.
