video ads?

ive never been botherd by the ads and i know you guys have to pay the bills. but the videos with sound and everthing, i think its too much.. just my 2 cents.

most of us have music on looking at this forum, and the last thing anyone wants to hear over their tunes is an add about some shitty hats.

banner the hell out of the place, but get rid of the god damn sound.

half the time i forget about the ads, and flip my shit when i dont know where the sound is coming from.

if you use vista/IE8 you can turn off the sound for the 12oz window

I have always been a big proponent of making add bucks, but an autoplaying video add embedded in forum posts is hands down the most obtrusive thing I have ever seen on a forum

Its prety anoying when you do like me and opens like 30tabs at the same time and sudenly you here this anoying music/sound/whatever and you have to go over all the tabs to see witch one sounds like crazy.
