Private Messages Not Working

Hey,
I logged into my account and saw that I had a new message, so I went into my inbox. However, I can't open any of my messages. In fact the messages are even labeled, they're just blank spaces with the date and time listed. Has this happened to anyone else, and how can I fix it?

yea that from when 12 oz went down recently, all the messages that you hadnt opened before the crash are lost so you cant get to any of those, same shit happened to me but for some reason all the dates were like 3-6-1973 or some shit
