You all are actually wrong. Wrong wrong wrong. Dallas was actually easy to paint before 2005 because writers were smart back then. Most people back in the day crushed alleys, roofs, old buildings. Shit that didnt draw a lot of attention. I'll be the first to admit that when I bombed the high 5 and wrote on several other brand new federal buildings, it really got the attention of the mayor and governor. It started a snowball effect of officials doing everything they can to rid graffiti. If someone destroyed something that you spent 500 million dollars on, you'd be a little upset too. I got a lot of shit in 05-06 from older writers that blamed me for single handedly making Dallas graffiti big concern of the police around the metroplex.

These young ass kids that are 12-17 have ^No idea why the Dallas scene is what it is today. Its hot because someone fucked it up for the rest of the city, and for that, you're welcome.

^^^ your best bet would be to find a spot that's out of the way...you'd be suprised what you can find out in the woods....high traffic areas will most certainly get you caught up...don't tell anyone where you write at either....word of mouth spreads quickly especially if its a haters mouth...

boston scene is live dude. we got the best of both worlds. chill freight yards/layups and the commuter trains run with major highways. boston's an old walking city too so street level shit is prime... lots of back alleys and rooftops
