Anyone have any funny stories or things about nace's personality they can share??

funny thing about nace..you might not know..

My man loved Abercrombie and Fitch corduroy pants ..those hot , noisy ones..
and in 95 degree weather he would rock them ..He never wore shorts lol ..
and he was anti caffeine so i convinced him that dunkin donuts coffee coolattas
had no caffeine in them lol lol and he got totally hooked on them ..

To all the artists out there, I want to thank you for keeping my son John (Nace) memory going. It will be nine years this August since he was taken from us. I still can't believe it. I miss him every day. I do know that he loved drawing, many nights at his drafting table his ideas and styles filled many notebooks. I am amazed at the talent of all the artists but my wish would be for you to respect other people's property. I know that is hard to think about now. But as one gets older you come to realize that this is not such a hard request. Again, thank you for remembering my son and please be careful because there is somebody that cares for and loves you. - Sad Dad

mr.z if thats really you ... i spent many weekends at your house in the 90's
hanging out with john , painting, going to flea markets, listening to music etc..
i miss him alot too , i miss you guys also.. i drove by your house in the summer
but i couldnt get up the courage to knock .. i didnt think you would remember me.
you are great parents, i was always jealous of john because of the great relationship
he had with you and his mom. you raised a great kid for sure and continue to do so .
i know the pain will never go away .. but you should be proud of john because of all the lives he touched with his great personality, sense of humor & strong morals also the huuuuuge impact he had on graf/art .... chris "pre"

That piece has to be at least 15 years old. Wow.

I had the honor of seeing a Nace piece in person this past year. To see the amount of precision and cleanliness that went into his work, in person makes you step back and appreciate it as some of the most well laid out letter forms of all time. Even though I only got one panel done that night. Seeing that piece made my fucking year. Rest in peace Nace, a true master of The Craft.

Now someone paint over that shitty silver if you ever see it in your spot.
