E-mail Notification

Hey I like the new style of the site and all the new features...but is there any way to make it so the email notification isn't always checked...i know you can uncheck the box but i'm used to just typing and posting...thanks

ya i had that problem man i was going nuts untill i figuered out how to turn it off
