The new cans of sabatoz are very nice, and a few bucks cheaper then belton. Even with the most detailed pieces i don't see how you could want any lower pressure..

Good to hear . Maybe they call it medium but it is similar to low. I use Mtn Hardcore allot and they say that is high pressure, yet it seems very low to me. Thanks for the info I will try the Sabotaz next time I need some paint..71

you have to work around/learn to work with the new caps. some colors are runny but they all cover. their navy blue is a PERFECT midnight blue color, not like old PT where the actual paint was 3-4 shades lighter... and it's thick too.. no homo :lol:

i know that gloss holds up better to elements somewhat better than flat. and flat covers more quickly than gloss.

This is something that we Americans/Canadians/North Americans needed here for along time, we dont' really have a product 100% made in the USA exclusively for us writers/graffers. Believe me this isn't something that was easy for me to pull off either. I talked to 100 big manufacturers and ALL all of them basically told me to fuck off cause they don't support graff or our street art life style. None of em' would even touch me with a 10 foot pole cause of liability / anti graffiti etc mentality. WTF do they know bout us..

It's still a product in development and as time progresses it will get better and there will be at least 1 more brand yet to come. Please remember I'm not some big factory or some dude with a ton of money. I'm just a graffer/bomber just like the rest of you trying to do something many said can't be done. That point in the photo the can is actually going into the machine to have that part of the top sheared (cut ) off. I'll post some super close up photos of the actual product tomm.

When I came up with this idea/concept. I was fed up with all these companies doing what the hell they felt like and basicially kicking you in the face. We can't do shit about it either cuz we're dependent on their products. We as writers/artists/graffers are practically held hostage by these companies.

Yeah they all tell you "we're former writers or this is for the artist in mind etc." You all damn well know that's a fucking lie. Tell me the name of one writer from these paint companies that are or were a real writer/artist/graffer? NO ONE! It's really about getting RICH , RICHER AND PROFITS.

My dream was to start a paint line with a bunch of fellow writers and make something good and get a lil cash and some people some jobs. Who wouldn't want to make their own paint with a bunch of fellow writers and all work together and be happy. In Reality though the very people that told me they was all down and ready; when it came down to it they flaked and had more excuses than mother goose stories. I even tried to get some people here on 12oz to partner up with. No matter I still perservered, I scrapped, begged like a dog and went thru some rough times to make this happen.

Bottom line is I'd fucking love to hire a bunch of other writers and work together n shit like that. It's Still one of my main goals. cuz WE need more fucking jobs and shit made right here in USA. It's the only way we will survive and bring us out of hard times. When I'm in a better position than I am right now I'll make sure that will happen.

Bombay try to get store brand paint. Its okay paint and its cheap. As for this whole start with the shittiest paint idk about that because i tried it and all my stuff came out drippy / sloppy and i was getting mad and thought i wasnt progressing then i switched to slightly better paint and everything improved and i started getting better. but hey everyone has their own way of learning.

ps dont start buying super expensive "graffiti" paint because if you realize this isnt something you want to do youll have all those left over cans that are almost full or half way and it will be a waste

Any online shop they always have a minimum of 6 cans unless it's some special edition can that goes for $35 n up.

The reason for this is the cost of shipping. It costs about $5-$10 to ship just a single can.

What's the point of selling 1 can for $3.15 and then the $5-10 for shipping which means a single can costs $8-13 bucks when shipping is added in.

If you're willing to buy just a single can I can do that.. but seriously it doesn't make sense money wise.

Major euro paints have you beaten by a full ounce.
Rusto is at a full 12 oz and is the cheapest available.
your net weight is closer to the quick color 10oz's.

It leads me to suspect it may be lacking pigment, or it's gonna be watery.

I'm just tryin to help you out by being the skeptic, cuz I am...first impressions mean alot.

Also upon further thought I imagine pigment to propellant ratios can't to different from each brand....I imagine with to much pigment creates valve problems and to much propellant gives you coverage problems.

Give the paint a chance before you start knocking it.

I have used plenty of paint over the years that were less then 12 and even 11oz net weight that worked great. The only way to know if its any good, Is to actually USE IT! I think most of us realize and understand that this is a brand new company and product. It going to take time to work the bugs out. If there are any.

Rusto is 12oz; it's also high pressure. I have yet to try deen's stuff, but I imagine it's much lower pressure than rusto. It's not easy to produce a low pressure paint with a heavy can. You're trading that ounce of paint for a lot more can control.

Take into consideration..all the cosmetic jewelry on these cans and they have 2 huge marbles in them.. I'm talking bout the Euro brands..

It's funny cuz the euro brands claim they are all 400ml which equates to 13.5 oz..

This 13.5 oz consists of the can , the paint, the color ring and the 2 huge marbles. Them marbles alone weight 4 oz lol.

This is the true weight.. It is not bloated weight or Grams vs. ounces. The math is never correct. I'll show you something later on tonight when I get back.

Ok, deen....props for doin your thing, I think your idea is great. I'd rather purchase amercan. But I'm still skeptical. Here's why....

The net weight on your can is 10.5 oz

Major euro paints have you beaten by a full ounce.
Rusto is at a full 12 oz and is the cheapest available.
your net weight is closer to the quick color 10oz's.

It leads me to suspect it may be lacking pigment, or it's gonna be watery.

I'm just tryin to help you out by being the skeptic, cuz I am...first impressions mean alot.

There are differend laws in US and different laws overseas with measurements of
FLUID OUNCES= measuring liquid paint
and WEIGHT OUNCES= for mass

for example the grams on euro cans measure weight,
so you CANNOT convert those grams to fluid ounces.
etc. etc.

Down fall to this is: IF you are doing freights it lasts 2 months max and that was back then, when the paint was a lil better than it is now.

Just got from Canada this morning.

Like I said a few times before, the paint is akin to ol' school Krylon before the water down. It's a lil thicker and dries quicker.

I've gotten pretty good feedback so far but that doesn't mean there is no room for improvements and tweaks.

I am a real writer/graffer so I do listen to what others are saying.

There is a huge price difference too.. paying $4 - $10 for paint vs. Under $3.75 for paint.

Depends on users preference/budget etc. as always.

Bad question man. The sound one hears from spraying a can of spraypaint is primarily generated from the caps not the can!
