i tried the cn 800 number and it didnt work, i then went to the CN site and read this.....
"To all customers,
In order to protect your shipments, CN is immediately moving its internet equipment tracking system to the secured portion of its web site. This change will allow us to better manage the data according to your needs and specifications.
Please accept our apologies for the short notice, however, we are implementing this change right away due to recent events in the U.S."
"Please note that CN does not provide shipment information to any party who is not clearly identified as a CN customer."
are all the companies doing this?. does this mean no more tracking freights?....
