if youve been in the city, you probably see it on the floor EVERYWHERE

theirs no way hes spraying it by hand, one by one. first, the paint is like bucket paint, like he dripped it on.

anyone know if he's using some kinda machine? like that suitcase sprayer? just drop it on the floor, trigger it, and walk away

seen it around, yeah. didnt give much speculation to how it was done though. it didnt seem like anything spectacular from what i can remember. but ill keep it in mind for the next time i see one.

i've been wondering the same exact thing...
seen it everywhere.. some preliminary research has brought no conclusive information. a big mystery i tell you.
