dont know if it annoys anyone else but when you post a reply to a thread the email notification box is ticked by default , i always nearly forget to un-tick it and am bombarded with shitty emails that i don't want. I wondered can it be sorted?

there is a preference in your profile that can be checked that will turn this off by default.
