POSTING A POLL

i may be missing a very obvious way to do this, but i have looked it up in the faq's and fiddled around with it, but i just cannot figure out how to do it. could someone please explain it to me?

theres a little "post a poll" option at the bottom of your reply...but i dont kno how to work it

Not exactly Regulator but close... the option is only there when you start a new topic, then the option is there... so... select it and "submit new thread"... this will take you to another screen where you enter your poll options and then finally you "submit new poll"...
