subscriptions to 12oz

does anyone kno how to cancel subscriptions for everysingle thread that exists?!?!? everytime i open my email i got like 150 emails from 12 oz telling me about who replyed to what post and shit.....how do i unsubscribe

Click on profile on the upper right hand of your screen. Go to options. Click the right one.

Use 'Email Notification' by default?
Using this option emails you whenever someone replies to a thread that you have participated in.

crap, i shut off all subscriptions and did what you said pistol, but im stil getting occasional reply notices....is it okay if i just block [email protected]???? or will that get me banned
