I was wondering, does anyone have a link for other sites that use that code? Is it used only at forums?
Who developed it? where could i find some more info?

all i know is that vb stands for visual basic, and you cant use basic on websites only java,html, and shit like that

Alot of message boards use this code. EZ-Board is a large provider of message boards and they use the same codes on all of theirs.
