Tech auto was the shit. i still have an eros silver from back there, i had "class of 87" flicks from the side of hamden high but their lost. yes please. that would be really great. what is the deal w/ that spot? are they gonna tear it down or whatever anytime soon?

The town and a developer from Stratford(?) who own's the land have worked out a deal so that they can make it into another train station. The deal is they get so many acres for parking spaces (1600?) and they get the train station. The developer is going to get some businesses in there. A restaurant and the such is what I've heard so far.

They just worked the deal out, so there is still much legal jargon and whatnot to go through. With the way things work it'll probably be another 4 years.

Back about 3 years ago they had workers in there taking out lot's of the metal and whatnot in the main part of the building.
