In England we have fines for trains just as high, if not higher, plus jail sentances for even CONSPIRING to paint a train. BUT the trains still get BEATINGS!!

Yeah..Well lets put it this way..From what i understand if any foreigners get caught the worst thing that will happen to you is you will spend a night or 2 in central booking, and get deported. If you are from the U.S. you are going to do hard time these days because the city isnt playing when it comes to graff. They are hitting people left and right with felonies in the last 2 years. Alot easier to "have the balls" when you got nothing to loose, but not being able to come back here.

you missed the point i think.

We paint trains solidly in our country too - and give the flicks out, and risk just as high if not higher penalties if caught - yet people still paint them. So it's not just because the only fear is of getting deported + a night in the cell.

fair enough it may be easier painting abroad but still, I have a lot to lose if caught in my own country too and it doesnt stop me.

Theres plenty more flicks out there... every European mag that comes out has New York subway flicks.. Someone needs to get scanning! (I would but I haven't got a scanner)... I don't know what mags you get in the US and Australia but it would be a shame if you didn't get to see the 4x SDK wholecars, 4x SDK panels in service, DSK wholecars by Romeo etc, DSK panels in traffic, O'Clock panels and many more that I've seen in recent Euro mags...

you must have missed the point! some people are past the point of doing panels for fame and dont feel the need to brag to everybody about what they get up to. Hence photos are kept to themselves and their friends and the actual panel is done for the love of doing it and the action - rather for some cheap-assed-5-minutes-of-fame on a website or magazine.
