I dont think they suck at all, in fact they are selling their products the cheapest. Some other sites are over charging like crazy for a small thing such as caps, as much as $11 overcharging for someting I can get a phourgenres.com for way cheaper. Plus I ordered from them , and I got my products. IF your going to believe someone when they say they suck or whatever I think that you should order yourself from them first and see becasue there is allot of people out there hating on them and would like to fuck them over.

personally thank you for the effort you put into shutting us all down.
Phourgenres.com as of today will be closed, we paid for the server bill
for this month, so the server will run till it hits april 1st, and we
will no longer be able to make the payment, your bad advertising pretty
much killed any orders almost instantly. If you were after shutting us
down you succeeded. All the sites we host will be going down with us
and probably never returning from the costs of keeping their sites
running. Like I said, since everythings gone now I got plenty of time to
send out your shit..

nah .. i ordered on toolz of the trade like almost a year ago.. i didnt recive anything.. so the PG guy replyed to my bitching emails.. saying it was all cool and he would send me the stuff i lost (rustos,ny fats,thins,germans).. anyway he said that it was in the mail 4-5 days (2 months later i havent gotten anything) and on top of that they stopped replying to my emails.. so i thought the best way to get their attention was to drop a real shitty message on their writers forum(i went their once and im never going back) about how much their business sucks,how people shouldent deal with them and my experence with the company. (witch is the truth and good advice)
so after all the drama i got a email from the PG guy. (above) now hes prolly lieing about sending my stuff and shuting down.. but i will be extreamly happy if both those things arnt lies.
and i dont wanna hear anyone say that they wouldent do the same thing.. i lost 29$ u.s (thats alot for us poor cunucks) i could have done alot of other useful shit with it .. instead of flushing it down the toilet.. there were alot of days where i checked my mail box 5 times witch was dissapointing,angering and just plaine sad..and i delt with it the best way i could.. and pretty much the only way. and there are a bunch of others who went throught the same shit.
ese.. im sorry about YOUR site.. but PG would have shut down sooner or later.. they have no buisness skills or ethics .. people who lies,cheat and scam ALWAYS lose.. and they always run out of buisness.. im not the guilty party here.. gave my 2 cents and some truths and they had nothing to back themselfs up with.. and its only their fault that they are gone..

They payed for Advertizing spots on PG, they were not affiliated with them. And not to be a more pain in the ass, they did send out every single order that was pending, because as a matter of fact, I did receive my order after they went out of bussines so that goes to show they didnt rip anyone off. Also just because you were one of the few that got your shit doesen't mean Oath is wrong. He didn't get his shit plain and simple. They said they would handle it a second time to shut him up on the boards in public. Then ignored his e-mails. If getting jacked isn't a good reason to be pissed I don't know what is.
I find it funny that non-shalon and cebolina only have a few posts over several months yet everyone of their posts is talking shit on others for posting negative comments towards PG. I mean if you are neutral and have no relationship with pg than get over it. look i got ripped off by the PG store with also happened to be TOTT.. this incident happened along time ago.. and i accually posted alot on the tott threads on here.. but at the time i ordered i didnt hear very much about them. after emailing and calling tott dozens of time and got no responce ..so yes, i talked some trash about PG on here(beacuse tott was advertised on pg.com as the pages' store) and i got a responce back on here in the public forum saying i they would take the blame and phourgenres would send me the stuff.. lies . that didnt happen. they also stopped replying to my emails..
so then i threw my anger management ball across the room and got on the computer. i posted a message on the PG forum and wow. i got a responce .. finally, good for me
PGs store was tott .. so i held them responsable.. they advertised it as that and ..it didnt have any noticable disclainer about PG not being affilieated. so i went after them... phour genres is owned by PG (im pretty damn sure)

When I first came in here in the middle of last year I kept on hearing of people getting jacked. I was mad about all the writers thinking they're gonna be getting supplies. I started a thread with recommendations and what not about various graffiti supply stores. I care more about the writers than any fucking site or cash. Go make your money man.

WHEN AT FIRST I STARTED TO READ THIS THREAD I WAS SOMEWHAT CONCERNED BECAUSE I ORDERED CAPS FROM PG. THEY WERENT SHOWING UP AT MY DOOR STEP. I WAS THINKING I WAS ROBBED. I SENT EMAILS TO PG AND THE RESPONSES WERE THERE WAS A DELAY, ITS IN THE MAIL. ABOUT A MONTH WENT BY. FINNALLY LOW AND BEHOLD MY CAPS SHOWED UP. PG RECOGNIZED THERE ERROR FOR DELAY AND MADE UP FOR IT BY SENDING ME SOME EXTRAS, A LITTLE VARIETY PACK. WORD UP. PROPS FOR THAT. I THINK THATS THE BEST THEY CAN DO. I WAS IN NO HURRY FOR THE CAPS I STILL HAD MY RESERVES. SO IN MY OPINION, YA IT SUCKS THEY CAME A LITTLE LATE BUT AT LEAST I GOT MY PRODUCT WITH SOME EXTRA GOODIES. BETTER LATE THAN NEVER. I WILL STILL BE A PG CUSTOMER. IM RUNNIN LOW ON NY THINS. PG AINT NO FORTUNE 500 COMPANY SO I DONT EXPECT THINGS QUICK BUT I ALSO DONT EXPECT THINGS TO SHOW UP MAD LATE. ITS ALL JERRY CURL JUICE.

im sitting here with a nice sized money order in my hand and i am wondering "if i get ripped off what is my recourse?" and so im asking here. does anyone (especially mods or people associated with 120z mailorder) know what people should do if they are ripped off? it seems there must be some better way to see what happened to your order than yelling about it on a web forum. does anyone have any productive tips or ways to protect against getting ripped off?

If my caps from phourgenres.com don't show up pretty fucking soon I think i'm going to email them until their computer catches on fire and burns down the fucking hole in the wall they call their business. i ordered on march 10.....now it's april 10. riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight......fuck phourgenres

it's best to investigate before you purchase. and get a US Postal Mail order and send it certified mail with a confirmation. I know it sounds like alot but I guess this is what it has come to.

what is ceritfied mail with comformation? is there a special label i put on the envelope or do i go to the post office to have it sent a special way? also will a Safeway money order work the same as a post office one? is the post office's more secure? thanks

You have to go inside the PO to get the certified mail and delivery confirmation. It costs more but...
I would suggest the Postal Money Order because people tend to not want to fuck with the FED govt. The post office will then have a record of your MO.
i ordered caps from tools of the trade well.....over a year ago, an i still havent got them:idea: maybe there walking them to my house???
oh well tools of the trade, i highly recommend them there a great buisness:rolleyes:

if i had seen this thread before i purchased caps from these guys,it would have saved me alot of trouble.i used paypal(so you know they got the loot)over a month ago and never got my stuff.i have sent them email after email asking for some kind of reply as to when my stuff should be shipped out and never heard back.i even left a reply to a thread on puregraffiti's message board(which i think is the same people who run phourgenres)and guess what?my post was deleted.maybe because they have their friends post all this b.s.about how they do good biz they dont want any neg.feedback to appear on the boards...stuff like this is why i hate the internet.give a toy a computer and a scam and let them run with it.....

ive never bought anything from pg, but i know that they are a mediocre graffiti site, they dont take their own pictures, and they rip flix off of MANY sites...
so anyone thats had problems with them, file a complaint with the better business bureau, or at least spread the word and keep these guys from ripping other people off...

getting ready for a relaunch of puregraffiti.com and in the mean time got
jacked by an asshole. who was supposed to be sending out orders but infact
keeping the shit for himself.. I am going to send your shit out
anyways, once and for all. I, and all the sites we host would like to
personally thank you for the effort you put into shutting us all down.
Phourgenres.com as of today will be closed, we paid for the server bill
for this month, so the server will run till it hits april 1st, and we
will no longer be able to make the payment, your bad advertising pretty
much killed any orders almost instantly. If you were after shutting us
down you succeeded. All the sites we host will be going down with us
and probably never returning from the costs of keeping their sites
running. Like I said, since everythings gone now I got plenty of time to
send out your shit..
