The deal is, if the photo is not in public domain it is only up to the person whos photograph it is to post it on the internet. Not some tosser who recieves it and then pretends he took it! Its quite simple, no?

they have been getting on the district line for the past 2 weeks asking peepz if they have got tickets etc. they also stopped and serached 3 of my freinds they were lucky.but the police filmed them and asked them on film to reveal there name address etc.

The other day i got stoped and searched by robbery squad and they tried to take flix ov me.

This is illegal unless you have commited an offence and been charged. I know this cause when I was telling them not to take flix ov me and that it was illegal the rad questioning me carried on without repling so that my attention was not on the other one behind him who was taking shots of me while I wasnt looking.

I carried on trying to block his view and telling him to fuk off nicley cause I didnt want to get nicked but they got what they needed in the end anyway.

They can certainly take photos of you before you are charged according to this:

This seems strange, however. How can the paparazzi get away with taking long-distance, prying shots of celebrities and then publishing them?

I'm not convinced that it is illegal for them to take your photograph. What I would suggest is covering up in any way possible, as they cannot physically force you to move your hand from in front of your face (unless they arrest you, in which case it isn't an issue).

The police can legally take you picture for historic documentation (e.g. at a protest), however can not they use those photo's against you in court.... seems stupid! But a bruv of mine was taken to court for insighting riot at mayday 3 years ago, they had a picture of him smashing Mc Donalds window but were the judge dismissed the case, saying that the photo should never have been reviewed with the eyeys to prosocuit!!!!

i seem to recall something on the mark thomas comedy product about you having the right to access any cctv footage which you are captured on. i think i remember him saying if you send 10quid to somewhere or other saying whcih camera and what time you were there, they are legally obliged to find and provide you with the footage. i assume the same maybe true of the police. perhaps if you request any photographic evidence they have of you they are legally obliged to provide you with it. this is just a thought more than anything, i have no idea if this is actually the case or not.

the authorites can actually decide if you can have footage of yourself if you are caught doing something on cctv....obviously it depends on what you were caught doing and wouldnt normally realise to you footage of you commiting a serious crime, ie violence, criminal damage or if the video is taken inside a non public area such as inside a yard ect.

Also I think that the end of carrige doors will have ads put on them but dont quote me on that.

just saw a picaso and garot panels on the ham and city quik things but they were ok I supose. they were both done in the rain. Im not sure when it rained last but thats when they must have done them.
