So here's the third installment of the Next Generation Alpha Battle.
Let me just say that the overall quality is way higher than before,
and I think it's because the participation is super strong!

cuase it was a sketch, done in about a minute or so, With a pen. Its kinda obvious I didn't care about the look of it for that sketch, when I decide to sit down and take alittle time, It'll look better.

Not feeling the Dfekts stuff, as much as I like that style. The flashiness is there, but the composition isn't yet. Looks way too much like stuff that's already out there by the thousands, with not enough originality pitched in. It's getting there though, spend more time on em.

Dude, Take it easy, I told you your stuff is getting there and I like the style, I often mess around with it. It just seems to me that you're still at an experimental level, messing around with the visual elements of the style (3-D sharp edges, 45 degree corners, tiny text, tiny crosses, random numbers, atmospherics, etc.), but not yet wielding them as effectively as you could, and therefore I'm not feeling them. I could give you specifics if you were interested, but apparently you think I have no knowledge or basis to critique your work. i drew my c, scanned it in with my shit ass scanner, and since it only scans in black and white, and normally scans alot darker than what it really is, i cleaned it up and colored it on my computer.
i cant really draw worth a shit on my computer.
it never turns out right.

what are guys talking about...c is one of my favorite letters...letters that suck are F, X, and Y, c stands for cool
i'd say x is the worst. f sucks because it's hard to make it not look like an e or p or something. c is just hard to elaborate on. looks good in bombs or simple bubble pieces but that's about it.

well see the letter form is still always basic with a c. all i'm saying is that it's hard to elaborate on things like c's, x's, and H's. yeah there's always dope forms of any letter, but you can't tell me that some letters aren't more basic than others.
