Post your outlines, and then the finnished piece. I always thought this might be an interesting thread. I like to compare the two and find the differences so I can make in provements on the next piece, Etc..Yea I know some you new kids like to only "freestyle" your shit but I like to plan my shit out. Its all part of the fun..

Zesto, I was thinking the same thing...Nozy, Belive it or not the entire fill was done with 99 cent paint that I found around the way. "Fixall" pink, Plasticote slicker yellow(yea a find for $.99) and some wierd shit called plasticote decorator aztec clay dont sleep on this shit I could'nt make this shit drip if I tried, although you cant put a ny thin on it. Outlined with Krylon burgundy, I like to use krylon for outining cause it dont sputtter. Post yours I'll see what else I can dig up..

sorry bout the shitty flick, but you get the idea.
the colors were cinnimon, indian spice, caterpiller yellow, some weird farm implement krylon orangish red that i had never seen before or since and the outer is some dark blue that i made. i must beg forgiveness for the sketchy outer outline as well since i was high as a kite by that point from lack of a mask indoors.

muther fuckin BUMP! Those are both buttery peices. I like the angle on the 3D aspect of the first sketch as apposed to the peice but that is just a preference. anyway this sketch say's remio. I took this guy on a date to a dance party a few months back and it turned out that he wasnt really... into... dancing lets say. Nonetheless, i had a great time whilst he sat all night. to try and make it up to the fella I attempted to painted his name in reverence. As it turns out my skills weren't to par and i went overboard with the moss and i painted the word Remco.

The wall translation. I call it a translation, because i didn't bring the sketch and just kind of went from memory. Let's see if i can remember the colors..... Fill is Walmart black, with a scrap of Molotow Black forest green and some cheap ass clearance royal blue odd brand. Outline is Molotow aquamarine or something like that, and the border is Krylon burgundy. Background junk is assorted scrap cans. Forgive the sloppiness. I had to keep dodging trains in the middle of winter. And a bear was chasing me, I was hungry and I had no shoes and any other excuse you can think of.

Sorry, I wasnt trying to match the color skeme of the black book piece and I didnt want to spend alot of time in the yard, but the main thing I see is I bunched up the top of the "E" too much. but not too bad for less than an hours work. Euro paint didnt exist here when I was in my prime in the late 80s so its a real treat for me to use, but I try to stick with the "cheap" stuff for the bulk of my pieces and use a little bit of the good shit here and there to spice things up and add "pop" to certain things.

a series of 5 or 6 flicks put together cuz the fence is so close to the wall that u cant get the whole piece in one shot, so i had to then put all the pictures together in photoshop which then distorted it a little.
