My friend was caught writing on a wall downtown. Does anybody know what kind of charge that is?

depends on the laws in your area , felony damage can be anywhere from $500 to $50,000 , so depends on the laws and what he actually did he could get a felony charge and serve a minimum of 5 years. all writers should know the laws in their area
