no because from what I've heard up there that there is no one older to show younger kids the way...no one to respect and the older ones that are there are either riding coattails of (now)out of state crews or have to big of an ego....also legal walls and chill spots are hit like no tomarrow you've got PI to prove that but no one wants to risk getting caught so they stick to the same three streets.
