Okay. Im a broke ass.. I rarely put out money for my own career..But recently I thought it would be neat to get some post cards printed out of either a wall, Illustration or canvas..For mostly professional situations.
My only issue is I cant for the life of me figure out which thing I should get printed..I dont have money to throw around..so I thought id see what other people thought..
Im not trying to get attention with this..I need some real opinions on what I should use to show for my work..But on the other hand..if you are going to be a butthead..just dont respond..thanks:)

i voted for girl with a hankerchief....
but i changed my mind....i want girl with an elephant....i think it has much more flavor and its much more dynamic, plus the title is great...plus i mean really how many girls can hoist an elephant with one hand......

2, 5, and one of 6,7,8.
1 and 3 are good but i wouldnt use them to market yourself..despite how tough we all know it is, aerosol often comes off looking like youre an airbrush artist. prospective buyers/employers wont know you did it with spray paint (much harder) or if they do, they wont likely know/understand how much more difficult than airbrushing.
the last 3 are the most amazing i guess...but im a fan of simplicity and i think #5 is the best.

i voted for the lady in beige...and this was tought for me to decide my 2nd was the lady and elephant...if i thought it were fair to vote 2x i'd vote for the elephant too, but 1nce is enough and then my third would've been the lady after the elephant....nice work as always silo...let me know where i can pic up them cards after printing....

Im with beardo for the most part. The beighe lady had the most appeal. Yet you may want to be carefull. There seems to be a lot of subtle coloring and shading. be carefull that you don't lose any of that in the cards. If you don't have faith in your printing company for that id go with the "sacred heart" silueta. its real starck but real strong. not to mention classy as hell. andwho. are you selling, because i want the beige lady. badly. if she sells great if not im having a show on Halloween. im sure you'll see the flics somewhere here;). if theres anything you want that i dont sell...we can do a trade maybe?....but i want that fucking piece. with a vengance.

thanks everyone for the positive response..I know my personal favorites..but its hard to get outside objective..Im leaning towards either the beige girl, elephant or girl with blue curls..
aauuurggh..I hate money!
when I do get them printed Ill try and consign them...hopefully if it works out..or use and buisness cards.
and of course send them out with trading..pssshh.
King of hell Im down to trade..The weird thing is..its not a canvas..its water color paper for that one..But I can find a dope frame or leave that up to you..let me know..
cheerleader..yeah I thought about that too..that was actually a big issue with mac making his cards out..Because people never believe its spray paint..and it gets really annoying really fast hearing.."no...thats not spray paint" and above all having to say it when you give it to them..Recently we painted a floor in a space and people thought it was a peel on photo image..

hmmm.........i like elephants, but a lot of these are good..i wouldnt go with the graff.i really wouldnt go with the black and whites either, very nice though.. 6 7 or 8 would be my choices...7 would be my top choice of those..black and whites would be nice as buisness card..i would pick the girl with cat.

it's way too hard to decide which is better than the other, they are all different and all represent your talent in different ways. i could only narrow it down to 4. top four in no paticular order are:
beige girl
silueta
girl with elephant
blue hair
* i guess if i really had to decide on 1 i'd say the blue hair girl....those are all very beautiful silo! :king:

but, you should go with the second to the last. if your going for post cards. because it would cover the space better. and, the colors seem to flow really well .........:cool:

For the simple fact that you're good and I know you're well aware you are --First of all I'd like to say -not that this has any relevance what so ever but your graf sucks- I mean it's clean and colorful and it flows but style wise I just dont like it. No offense cause alot of peoples graf sucks. BUT your artwork damn near brings my sappy ass to tears. Everytime you post something new I'm even more impressed with your skill. My sister was just standing here over my shoulder looking at those flicks and everytime I scrolled down she'd give this gasp...(and she fucking hates art no joke). You really have a knack for taking peoples breath away. (Dont show those to any people with heart complications your liable to kill someone)
My two picks because I'm to indecisive to pick just one would be the beige chick and the one with the elephant. I think if you're trying to market yourself as an artist those two are the most fun professional classy way to go. Although the girl with cat is also very romantic and elegant if you couldnt go with color for printing reasons.
on a side note- the first one the -pistachio chick -very nice its got kind of a photo realisitc edge that makes it very mysterious.
Lastly-I predict you're going to be a very famous; and sought-after artist. I will seriously buy a small collection of those art nouveau illustrations. If you're interested ...How much?

you should really go with number 2. that beige one is a perfec t blend of attention to detail as well as simplicity. the other color ones are wonderful as well, but you most likely won't get true color when printed (e.g. the elephant). go for the beige.

they're black and white, so the color won't get screwed up
plus they'll be cheaper to make because they're black and white..
and they're fuckin awesome!
if anything, from the poll i can see that everyone likes the stuff a lot

i dont know, everyones going towards the beige one, which is super, but i think if this was my body of work id make my card the blue curls. that one is colorful great compostion and it kinda demands attention, something really eyecatching and displays alot of style. anyways you are the winner.

Yeah honestly I dont really like that wall..which is funny because its one of my paintings or whatever he likes the most..Notice that he added it to the thread..hah
I never was trying to get a realistic look to any of my characters..
But we are painting partners, best freinds, roomates and in a relationship ..the influence is bound to happen..
We give each other little hints of advice or personal ideas when we are painting..so alot of it is evidence of that..
Thanks for the positive feedback..Im going to make the cards and stickers of the beige one..I also put her on the front of my site..(which is still under construction)..So thanks for the comments..seriously..
