jpegs to gifs files

yo i scannned these pics, as jpegs , but when I view em after from their saved folder, the image takes up the whole screen practically, so does ne one kno how i can make em smaller so i can post them up here. peace

jpg-gif's it doesent matter on actual area.
in general gif's are usually less in file size. ie. 1kb rather than 50kb.
also gif's can be animated.

just edit the image size in whatever photo program you use. I doubt you have photoshop since your a "Poor Rican" so I won't bother to tell you how in PS.

if you do have photoshop go to imageimage size and change the size there, make sure you have constrained proportions checked if you dont want to distort the photo..
