I just had a question for those who have painted heavens/freeway signs. You guys climb all the way on top there only to paint the back. Is there a specific reason you don't paint the front like a lot of the ITK kids did? Is it for legal reasons as in you don't want to pay for an entire sign if busted (logically: you can buff the back of the sign and still use it without having to pay 50k for a new one) or is it that you have to reach up over the sign and paint uupside down in order to hit it?

its just hard to stick on to the front.. my spider grip runs out every 2 mins.. so i guess people need something to hold on to and stand on... but althoguh i seen aladin with his magic carpet hit te front sign back in the day

im also certain that the extra heat put on you is a factor. they can do something proper on the backs rather than getting the authorities all over your ass for just catching tags all over the front.

i dunno but i dont remember ITK being able to pull off anything nice on the fronts. if they did post that shit up because i never got to see it, that would be dope.

also if i were up there i wouldnt because well i use the signs to and that shit does get in the way.

I never saw anything nice on the fronts either. I guess it just caught everyone's attention. That's what I figured... about less heat from painting the back as they're easy to buff and the state does not need to replace the entire sign.

back sides got to be the thing to do, they last longer, they don't piss people off as much and in a lot of cities there are no catwalks on the front so you could only pull smaller shit reaching over. reaching over on heavens is not easy at all.

I knew that guy King 49 in high school. Guy was cool and all but the fucker went over a piece I was working on in the Kahala Ditch. We got into a big beef...it was me and my homie Maze against him and that fat loser/wannabe bomber Tool. Haven't heard of King 49 ever since he grad. Heard he had a baby and shit and settled down. No graf. So much for keeping it real and "king" for that matter. He use to be in a crew called the Dirty Circus and even JF or Jiffy Fuckers. They did a shit load of stuff in that ditch in Hawaii Kai…the one before you get to Kalama Valley but not "Off the Wallsz". One of the pictures that was posted earliar of the King 49 piece had my piece right under it with the red fills. Talk about nastalgia…

yes i am kidding. dude i just started like in March. the only reason i'm in ATK and HP is because STRUCK and SPOAK are my good friends, and TONK is my good friend also. i'm more of a bomber if anything but even those are wack. i appreciate your comments though. this is only my third time piecing and this was my first time doing somthing other than what i usually do. i wanted to buff it and do it over again but was low on paint. if you ask SEIN, STRUCK, OR SPOAK, I told them think this is wack myself but it's one of my better ones. compare it to my first and second pieces...

Im gonna try and approach this as cool as possible the name "karma"is mine now as an emcee , so its cool if its used just as a point and dont get me wrong it is a great piece..
