Remember when you guys had a store called 7thheaven??? ah, yes... and then you closed it for some ODD reason and RIPPED a bunch of people of? Including me.. $200 dollar order that was never shipped, in which i sent noumerous emails back and forth and you guys told me you would refund my $200 which you never did of course and then the store shut down.

Kinda funny that you have 34 posts and virtually all of them are hating on 12oz, hating on the mailorder, or hating in general. Excluding the couple where you were pushing some other mailorder. Kinda makes me wonder what your motives are. Kinda easy to come here and take advantage of all the kids this place attracts to push your own agenda.

I'd love to see you substantiate your claim since any asshole can register and pop shit. Surely you have a record of this "$200" order and the payment we cashed? I welcome you to contact me directly, or contact Four The Hard Way with a shred of proof since I have no knowledge of any, let alone any emails complaining. I've been real clear about what happened to 7th Heaven and havent made any excuses. Further, I've already stated that the few people that did get caught in the shuffle while we closed down would be compensated one way or another, or at least get a refund. Fact is, there aren't all that many people that got caught up in all that, and the mess isn't all that big that it can't be easily taken care of. If kids step up and contact us with some proof of the order and payment it'll be handled with no gripes. I'm sure the guys at Four The Hard Way will do what they can to compensate you with some free stuff for your troubles, since they've been steady hooking everyone up with free shit anyways. Bottom line is 99% of the people that ordered from us, did so by calling the 800 number considering we were the only graff mailorder at the time to have one, and then paid for it with a credit card. In this case a quick call to the company was all that was needed to dispute the charge and get a full refund. The other 1% that sent in their order during the week we shut down definately got jerked, and to those people I extend my apologies, as well as an offer to get in touch and claim what's due.

Regardless, I can say that in all the years I was involved with 7th Heaven, there may have been a half dozen orders for an amount that large in total. We sold t-shirts and caps for christ's sake, how do you blow $200 on that? However, I'm so sure you're full of shit, that if you can prove me wrong I'll send you $400 worth of anything you want or give you the cash money in full.

So there it is... Step up and back yourself up. I'd love to see you prove me wrong.

We started a graff mailorder before anything similar really existed, shortly after we started accepting credit cards and promoting our 800 number just to streamline the process. We even shipped 10,000 copies of 3 volumes worth of catalogs for free, not to mention put out a magazine that people still sweat many years later.

Since then, we've done what we could to promote the culture and keep it going with this message board and theVapors, while every other mag either died or turned into some bullshit fashion/music mag.

Yeah, a couple people got caught in the mix during the week we shut down. We lost our building and everything we built over many years of hard work. Yet some ignorant pricks rather think we chose to do that so we could keep a handful of $12 checks from kids wanting caps without sending them their orders. It's retarded.

Like I said, if we did you wrong, my apologies. Step up and claim what's due. Four The Hard Way and myself have already made it clear we'll hook you up if you contact us. We have records of all the business we did, so in many cases all's you need to do is provide your name, address, and approximate time frame of the order and we'll look it up. At worse, you might have to dig through your statements and find the check we might have cashed.

Not that it makes up for lost time, but I guarantee Four The Hard Way will lace you up lovely for time lost.

I ordered a signed joker print and a couple of mags a few weeks ago and when the joker print came it was bent in half and dog-ear'd. But they did throw in a heap of stickers and a dope fat jon CD.

So I go to the customer service page and write them saying that my joker print is all fucked up. Not even an hour after I sent the email I get a phone call from 4THW (this was on a saturday) and they say don't sweat it they'll send me a new joker print.

I got my new print today in mint condition and they came on point by throwing in 4 artist series prints (dope!) more stickers and a free cap.

They were super quick w/ their responses and hooked me up hella proper.

P.S. I highly recommend getting the Artist Series, Joker, and Struggle Inc prints. Caps can always be restocked, but when the prints sell out, they'll be gone forever unless your willing to pay an arm and a leg after the fact on eBay.

I saw a copy of 12ozProphet 3 on there a few weeks back go for $69! It had a $5 cover price when we dropped it, so Imagine what the prints will go for, especially considering there's only 100 of the signed ones, as opposed to 25,000 copies of 12oz 3.

Many banks have free accounts with no minimums. Further virtually all of them have debit cards with visa or mastercard logo's that spend like credit cards.

I suggest you get one regardless of whether you order from us or not since it helps you organize finances and build the paper trail/credit that will eventually let you buy a car or a house on your own.

The billing information has to be completely correct including phone number. This info is checked against your info on file with the bank. It has zero error tolerance to avoid fraud so you must make sure it's entered correctly.

I hear that, i'd say that the best way to avoid both is to take cash orders and include the ups costs. It'll come a bit pricey, but its a no risk option for both parties. If you concider that i pay 30cents per cap, your magazines sometimes dont even come here and above all the exclusive goods only you people carry, i'd get in the hustle to make some exchange in the bank and send it your way. Just a thought.

a Uni? i would have to go with woodcrafters as the best paint marker ever. huge nib and well......i dont know about refilling them or mixing them, i just always got new ones......but you just cant go wrong with a three quarter inch nib. so what up with the t grade though?

I think t-grade is discontinued in all but the gallon size. Not sure. I do know it's crazy expensive and a bitch to ship since the cans leak really easy even when new.

Anything with good, original design that doesn't feature readable text (well unless you look really closely). No clothing just featuring a tag. Stuff that's unique enough that if you see someone else wearing it you'll know where they got it from.

Neither of the two above posts really shows a baby blue meanstreak. The pictured meanstreak may look baby blue, but is just a screwed up pick of ther typical aqua blue streak we already carry. The second post just lists blue, but doesn't say anything further. We stock a blue meanstreak, but it's more an aqua color than baby blue.

I talked to our distributor and they've never heard of it.

They do take mastercard, and prices are quoted in real time by UPS themselves with no markup by us. Standard ground shipping is based upon an industry standard shipping charge. I think I addressed this in an earlier post in this same thread, but check out what other coomon ecommerce sites charge and you'll realize it's pretty much in line, if not a tad cheaper. Further, shipping is free if you order over $100, not to mention tons of free stuff in every order.

I'm sure a few of you kids who've ordered can attest to the speedy delivery and extra goods.

the check (debit) card has to have a visa or mastercard logo on it. If so, just make sure you enter your billing info in exactly. The system is very exact in this regard to help defend against fraud. Try some variations on it, if it doesnt work, but I can definitely say that the payment system is very unforgiving.

We tried that with 7th Heaven and from that experience I can say that you can have every graff item in existence and only about 15% of will sell regularly. I believe we've got most of that 15% covered now, and truthfully, we're not in a position to stock items that are only going to collect dust until an occasional sale every few months.

We do have a couple new items that should drop the first week of November. Oh, and a little birdy told me that there might be a couple shirts, including a writers forum shirt, drop in limited quantity next month as well. But you didnt hear that from me... ;)

you have to admit, stocking items like corio and "additive" (methalyne blue and gentian violet, right?) would make sense as to be high-sellers, for the reason that in the US it is very hard to acquire these things, and we increasingly hear how good these products are, from the euro-heads, graff books (all-city..) etc.

Cuz I ordered mine at the same time as my t-shirt (around 14th November) and my t-shirt arrived about a week ago, but no sign of the poster... if it's not here by next Monday I'll drop 4THW a line, but if other people who ordered got theirs in two separate boxes, then I'll wait a while more.

methalyne blue and gentian violet are pretty easy to get hold of in wholesale quantities, most lab supply companies sell it and its not a controlled substance, bag it up like weed and sellit at 500% mark up, thats whats happening in europe.

Does 4THW take regular Visa or do I have to have Pay Pal or something?

This is an unofficial answer, but I believe that 4THW doesn't take Paypal at all, only credit cards.
If I'm right, they probably take all the regular flavours of credit card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc.
