Theres a button on your keyboard that says prnt scrn or prt scr its above the delete home keys etc. Press that. THEN go into a paint program, press and hold the control key and hit the V key.

not sure how he did it but you can use things like Litestep (http://www.litestep.net/) which actually replaces the Windows Shell(user interface) or Windowblinds (http://www.windowblinds.net/) which skins the interface much like Winamp.

1: It's a program called YzDock
2: I think I downloaded a shitload of icons from www.deskmod.com (http://www.deskmod.com) and that was part of some Mac set.
