naming a spot and then saying it was done by a certain person is called blowing up a spot. plain and simple. the cops are dumb. most of the time they can't read a tag. you come on here and say 'johnny graff guy oner' painted a spot, they know who to chalk that spot up to, so when it comes time to arrest and charge said writer, they have a nice long list of offences to go by. it's not about where the spot is, it's about you naming fuckin names. in a city with such a small graffiti scene, you want to give the police as little help as possible. everything that gets buffed doesn't always get reported to the police, and everything that gets reported they don't always know who did it, but posting a picture of something on here with that person's name under it means it gets added to their file for later. are you getting it now?
