Ok so.. first offence, 5 counts of mischief over $5 000.. first offence, bail was $2 000.
What do you think the final outcome will be? I'm hoping strict ass probation & community service, I really don't want to go to Juvy.

(all canadian funds)

$12 in damage really isn't that much. you'll probably just get a slap on the wrist and a kick in the ass.

...every locality is different...and policies can change as the administration does...there are many places where jail time is an automatic for any graffiti charge...even when its your first...do some research of recent court records in your jurisdiction to get an idea of what they're going to try to give you...

...good luck...and whatever you do...don't roll over!...
