God damnit....godamnit, i never thought I would have to post in this thread.....
ACI was a mentor of sorts to me in high school. He was a lot older (about 26 at the time) and he had a really original style of distorted, "artsy" looking characters.
He always reassured me that one day my shit would get better but I never believed him.
Years passed and I came up on my skills just like he said.
I had lost touch with him over the years and i always hoped to be able to run into him, pull out my sketchbook and say "See man, you were right all along! You were right!"
I found out from a mutual friend that he died on New Years.
You were my friend, you were my mentor. Look down upon me from on high and know your name will be carried on.
