dts didn't even popularize it, it's been all over euro panel vids n shit for years.

Nope wrong. DTS definatley popularised it in Australia, and your claim that that style has been in euro videos for years is debatable, name them or find photos.

Even if the cutback style has been seen before, which it has, it has not been used in combination with the squared backgrounds and colours with white fades in the 3d. Which old matey has definatly done.

Here we have a clear example of the same exact elements and techniques, yellow keyline, fuzzy highlights and cutback outline, squared background with fuzzy highlights and faded colour and white highlight in the 3D, all colours and techniques indisputably made famous in Australia by DTS.

The chief executive of Railcorp has warned graffiti vandals could die if greater efforts are not made to stop them defacing New South Wales trains.

The State Government has announced a series of measures aimed at stopping vandals.

The measures include the creation of an Anti-Graffiti Action Team, made up of members including police, transport agencies and retailers.

Police will also receive further funding to continue recent operations against graffiti vandals.

Railcorp chief Vince Graham says the further measures are needed because as security in the rail system improves, people are taking greater risks to vandalise trains.

"Whatever the motivations for these acts of vandalism, we are not far away from a fatality," he said.

Today will also see the introduction to State Parliament of legislation restricting the sale of spray cans.
