Though the experience I've gained in this game we call Graff It is my belief that the more you paint the better you get, still sketch but if you sketch too mush and dont pain enough your style can go back wards. Just try it it works.

1-2 weeks? naw, try 3-4 months, maybe longer, but 1-2 weeks of day and night practice isnt enough to come back on and post more, if your looking for help(which you dont need, all it takes is practice) then yes, maybe coe back in a month, it takes longer to show improvement, unless you dont go to school and have no job and you practice day and night non-stop, then you would be showing improvement in about 2-3 weeks.

Well scence i like this thread cause its actually helping to clean up Paper chace and give way to the true artists. I think we should keep this going so soon enough paper chace will be cleaned and the artists will come back. I was so amazed to check out the training bible. I like wet my self looking at liek Jester and all the other greats in their. So im just gonna keep posteing here. These are 2 full page works... The one with the yellow bubles was done in the back cover of my french book during class and the otherone i was just woking wiht back-grounds... Im just posting for more criticism and any comments. ANd to help clean up Paper Chase. Im not to hot on the brown background but i just did em.

not that theres anything wrong with it.. whatever you wanna go out and do i guess.. but all those extra unneeded lines and it just seems the whole motivation of it was to make it look 'wild' and lines going all over the place and whatnot. in the pieces that i find the most amazing and the ones i do myself, every line serves a purpose. everything is attatched to something.. (unless its the end of a line of course).. you can trace everything back to something. its not just rocking block letters and shit.. a quality simple takes more skill than people think. most of the quality peices you can find today possess this quality. not that im saying anything that anybody does is wrong. its just my point of view. if you can understand. im rambling but you get the idea

I see that all of these sketchs have potential,, But as with everybody that tries to start bending letters ,, ((except those who bite or had letters given to them)) they want to come off hard there first time and try to pull of something thats is a little bit over there head. Best thing anybody ever told when I started was to learn the basic straight letters.
Like shit you see on cereal boxes.. [ coco crispies , golden grams , capt crunch, fruity pepples ] Those letter are simple,clean and correct.

But thats just my point of view !

And make sure to work on ya handstyle, and throw ups to the point you could don them in your sleep, having a a dream about sleeping. Then work on letter structure.
