My only real complaint is the arrow on top of the E is just coming out of nowere. Kinda "toys up" the whole thing. Other than that it's pretty tite. Especially the color sceme

When I say letter structure I mean exactly that, the fundamental shapes that compose the letters. Notice the example below by Kem5. The letters are funky, yet have a natural flow to them. Also, each individual letter shape compliments the next.

It is kinda like using one font. But each letter doesn't need to follow the exact same proportions like alot of typography does obviously. Unless you want them too. But each letter should certainly influence one another. Another example:

Each letter has different colors, textures, frills, and doodads, but the underlying structer is what really makes it fresh. Each letter relates to the next creating an aesthetically consistent whole

take more time in it man practice your letters then smak them together with a pencil outline first then pen over when ur happy rubbers are invented to use so use them wisely they help quite a bit if u go wrong!

I don't know if your serious or not, but if you are:

1. Take your time. I know you have some time after school or in study hall to at least spend forty five minutes on your shit.

2. Get rid of that "L" underline thing. I use to do those waaaay back in the day. I don't know why.

3 Ditch the nibs on the "Your". It's a good thing to experiment and be creative. Thats the whole point of sketching. I'm just tellin you that it aint working in your favor

4. Structure! The top of the "U" is raggedy. Take your time and work on the proportions. The "N" makes no sense. Try doing a light pencil sketch first, then use some markers for the outline and 3D.

5. Practice. All the time, everyday

Thanks heaz, I thought I commented on your sketchs. Your letters flow nicely except for the M in Scream. Why did you make the M shape the way you did? Was that to make it symmetric? Heaz. Those are alright. You really need to work on size and proportion. It all is block letter too, needless to say, blockletters don't sometimes. They can, but yours dont. 3d the red one. Not tryin to rag, just help. My advice for everyone, if you are still in high school and they offer it, take a graphic design class. If you like art, it is fun anyways but to me it was graffiti 101. They teach about fonts and proportions and stuff like that. Or any painting class can teach you about color compliments and mixing and stuff, but there has been some cool stuff up so keep posting...is there a toy post for the "wall stompers" or is that stupid? :gaga: peace.

four twenty those are lookin pretty good, but to do wildstyle you first have to develop pretty bomb letters, the structure in the pieces are pretty weak, develop them a little bit more, and the tips and add ons and knick nacks should come with it, also for coloring, you could use a color blender, and just look at some of the color schmes outside of the toy box for inspiration.
