He recently had a show here in town, his first show to be exact (so I was told) so I got to see most of this stuff first hand. A lot of the pieces he had were prints and a lot were drawings. A few really nice paintings. The cheapest thing was about $1000. If I remember correctly. I like this guys work for all it's Robert Crumb-like feel. He should be filling up the pages of Juxtapoz any minute now... which is too bad.

No, I didn't talk to him and I couldn't really tell just by looking at them. I will say that whatever paint he uses... he does so with a very light hand. The guy is a machine.
