although you guys may want to keep this in mind, that ditch has been buffed only a few times since i can remember(89-present) which only happened within the last 2-4 years.

each time i noticed the samething, people started painting the opposite side where the houses could see. i tried to not paint that side and felt that aslong as the people in the houses couldnt see the mess then they wouldnt mind.
