Warning level

Well, when i was new to 12oz. i did alot of stupid things like creating useless threads, and just plain being annoying, this was because i was new and i didnt know the rules. because of my stupidity in the past ive earned a 25% warning level, can anyone tell me if this warning level ever goes back to 0% or does it stay this way for ever?

i would always hit the blunt or whatever and post everywhere, then i got a 25% warning crap. its been what seems like maybe 6 months and the shit aint dropped a dime. FUCK THIS shit :hatred:
