I was just wondering some techniques, tools, surfaces, and all that other shit to do that etching

yeah,i would be interested to know some things people use for etching, ive been using cardboard cutters which dont work very good, anyone who knows a better tool, i would like to know.

Yeah Lava rock is your best bet cuz you can find it all over the place and ditch it if there heat and not have to worry about it. But if you can't find any, your local State Farm store has a pen with a metal blade that I heard is just like a pen that works really well with etching in glass so check it out... ;)

These are grinding bits, commonly called scribes, they can usually be found in your local hardware store. If you cant find one of those pens, these are your next best choice.

It's called a wetstone, they are like 33 cents if you're scared to rack them from your local hardware stores
