Seeing the invites thread, I think this is a really good idea... I was just wondering where 12oz stands on blocking off people that don't have accounts that can lurk and see anything on the forum. That alone kind of kills the invites deal. At least the forums that people post flicks and graf related info, would be a good idea to make non accessable for non-registered users. Don't get me wrong... You guys put in work and provide a dope service to us. Keep it up, but I think it would make a lot more people comfortable and safer if that wasn't open to the public.

the purpose of the invite system is screen out the retards and other people that don't belong here. eventually, we make some forums private unless your a registered member and/or add new sections that will be private. for now, we've allowed it so that most forums can at least be read.
but it only blocks the flicks people upload from their computer, not the freehosting sites. right?
anyways it aint hard to get a free-anonymous email address like most of us do to sign up.
i like the invite idea. i've noticed less bullshit on the forum. and i guess it's less work on the moderators, since before they had a handful of yuppies being doomasses.
i like it being open, so i dont have to login when im not on my computer and still see updates to threads i visit.
