Do you find advantage of doing the black outline before the colour?

I always find that the black ink fucks with the nibs of the colour makers.

It depends on how complicated i plan on making the piece and also what i plan o
N outlining the piece with. Some times i switch up and start the piece with a light color sharpie and outline it last i find this to be the quickest but less clean way. But if im trying to make it crisp i do the outline
with pencil and m micron ink it then work the color in trying not to smear

On this piece i did the yellow first with a prisma color then the purple outline with a sharpie

Pardon me for saying so but that would look even more serious if it had a light baby pink keyline around the word. Those letters have genuine funk and it would be great to really accentuate that.
