License To Ill was the first cassette tape I ever purchased and one of the most played. Listening to the album today so many years later and it still makes me happy.

Honestly though ... i listened to Sabotage getting ready for an interview just last week.
These dudes were foundation for me and one of the reasons i got into rap.
Not saying i am any sort of an authority on them or rap in general.
But Licensed to Ill was one of the first albus i owned. I love that fucking album.

actually i dont give a shit about the beastie boys anymore, the license to ill album was tight in the 80's and early 90's then their newer shit was annoying with all that high pitched screaming and shit so i could never get into it.

rest in peace. i got license to ill on record for my 6th birthday along with some other gems (run dmc raising hell, fat boys crushin.) this was probably the catalyst for a decades long love of hip hop that was a major force in my life. sad day.
