Do you have promite/marmite over there? It's kind of the same. It's a yeast extract, most of the yeast is spent yeast from the large breweries over here. We also drink MILO from a very early age, which is a malt extract, basically everything we do from when we're born is to ready us for drinking beer our whole lives.

Well cocked broccoli (defrosted and then microwaved 6mins in a covered bowl 1/4 + cup of water) then throw into plain eggs make omelet.
Fucking delicious.
Garlic Salt as needed.
