my boy wasjust charged with a misdemeanor, criminal mischeif. this is his 1st offence, what is he gunna get slapped with?

they found cans on him, they didnt catch him in the act, he was watchin someones back who got away.

hard to say because of the recent 'crackdown' on graf in NYC
dunno if that'll affect him or not.

if he's a minor it'll be next to nothing probably..

but criminal mischief misd 1st offense sounds like a slap on the wrist to me
a fine maybe, community service probably, maybe 100 hours?

he should try to get a lawyer if he's real worried about carrying a record.
