As far as the jase thing goes...If it's a 2 letter JE thorwup, you can be at any yard, any layup, or fuck that...any railroad crossing that you can sit at for 5 minutes and see it...but more importanlty...don't give out pretty much exact (as I found it, but didn't go anywhere near it) directions to a layed up train (even if it's not a regular layup spot) on a website that is A. monitored by cops, B. religously used by young ass kids that will blow up spots, and/or get caught by the cops who saw this first and are watching for young kids who are not that good at looking around and being careful.
