can anyone fill me in with the stories about chicago, I saw acouple flicks and movies of chicago in like the late 80's and that place was burnt to the ground with graff, but i hear they had some kinda program that completly erridacated all the graffiti there! how did this happen exactly? anyway care to tell out the story in detail?

chicago was actually shipped a faulty shipment of paint in the late 80s early 90s, unfortunitally they didnt add enough pigment and it has all faded away
