to make these ads go away. I click on them and it tells me to 'stay up, get yours or make moves' and it offers some fucking bullshit montana looking cap on the top of the tag can... so raven how much to make these go the fuck away.. they even show up with my premium account.
so what has 12oz just become a marketing board and is graffiti just the new 'hip' culture?

No --those ads are the only way to keep this site going. So you can either have 12oz shutdown and go hang out on Pure Graffiti or Bombing Science, or you can click the ads to support the site and keep it going. The site costs money to run, more than you probably think. Raven also has some big ideas for the future of the site, and those cost money as well. So if people don't click the ads, Raven can't pay for his servers or what he wants to do, and the site will eventually shut down.

Sorry if the whole consumer/marketing thing offends you, but this site has remained ad free for too long and can't support itself without them.

But hey, if you're willing to drop all the money to Raven in one lump sum every month --let him know. I'm sure he'd be psyched.

Ads are the 5th element to hip hop



This allowed me to draw my own conclusions that a writer, particularly a hardcore, experienced one, is more likely to be an intelligent male from a single parent family who didn’t do well academically, is not involved in sports or extracurricular activities and has antisocial and illegal behaviour.

i understand about the ads and the cost of the site.. thats why i do have a premium account and I click the ads multiple times a day.. But it would be nice if I could just toss raven some $ and have no ads appear with my account.. or I could just stop being lazy and block all the ads... but then I couldn't click them and give raven monies..
but im just saying he should offer an option for people who want to give him money to have an ad free 12oz experience..
as far as the marketing goes.. I was just laughing about those tag ads... I got to wonder what their marketing dept thinks.. hey these kids talk about tagging.. they will love tag.. lets put some montana caps on our horrible smelling body spray and they will spray it everywhere...
edit: I also hope raven gets a cut off the $1000 macbook i am trying to order right now.. yes those ads worked for once.. I am actually buying a product...

People would have to give a lot of money to keep this site going. The V.I.P memberships help, but in a very small small percentage. It is a good way for a member to support the site, plus get a few extra perks, but in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't really bring home the bacon. That's why the ads are necessary. Trust me, it's hard to get people on the site to click them.

As for the tag caps? Well, now you know where to get caps for free.
