Peep number 2. It looks like it's missing one thing, maybe two---either a worker resplenent in flo-orange vest and hat eating a ham sandwich on the sculpture (he's taking a lunch break from goldbricking it directing ped. traffic) or the same guy this time standing next to the sculpture with one of those strike signs hanging around his neck. What's he on strike about?
